30 Day In-Home Sleep Trial Period

SelectWaterbeds is so confident that you will love your new fluid support system that we are offering a 30-day risk-free in home sleep trial. We realize that a new specialty sleep system is a large purchase for most people, and with almost 8 hours spent per day on the mattress; you should like what you purchase.

SelectWaterbeds offers a 30-day trial period on all mattresses and bed frames only. This free trial period is not applicable to pillows, heaters, drain-kits, conditioning and cleaning products, or other replacement parts as these are smaller, more personal items. This is effective from the date of order placement. Payment will be made as soon as shipment is made. A return may be made for any reason, and a full refund will be given unless (a) mattress is damaged beyond normal use expectations, (b) mattress is stained, or (c) mattress is not shipped back to SelectWater within 30-day trial period. The mattress must be opened and used, as this is a trial period. Refund will be given within ten business days of Select Water receiving the product back minus the original shipping expense. The refund will be given in the same manner that the payment was made in.

It is the responsibility of the customer to cover all return shipping expenses of the unwanted Select Water product. This does not apply to orders that arrive damaged. Customers who refuse delivery of product will be responsible for all shipping expenses associated with the order. If there is a question as to whether the product will be accepted back by Select Water (i.e. the mattress is slightly stained) first contact us and will be able to answer your questions.
