Due to the quality of materials and construction processes used, we are please to offer a 20 year limited warranty on all softside and hardside waterbed mattresses. For the first 3 years, you are 100% covered and a defective mattress will be exchanged or repaired at no charge. A prorated period follows, and from years 3-10 SelectWaterbeds.com will cover 70% of replacement costs if necessary. From years 10-20 SelectWaterbeds.com will cover 50% of the replacement costs if necessary.

Please save your receipt as proof of purchase.

There is a 5 year limited warranty on all Thermal Guardian heaters used with softside or hardside waterbeds. For the first 2 years your Thermal Guardian heater will be fully repaired or replaced at no charge to you. A prorated period follows and from years 3-5 SelectWaterbeds.com will cover 50% of replacement costs if necessary.
